We have the back room well on its way to being a working lab and felt calling it the DIYbioHouston Lab just wasn’t sexy. And DIY doesn’t really fit a lab dedicated to sharing and community involvement. And so without further verbage, I now present the new name, ARC Research Collaborative or A.R.C for short.

Housed in the East End District, we offer courses in and access to our rapid prototyping lab, woodshop, machineshop, electronics lab, and a wide variety of other tools.
