About the Instructor:
Kellie Karavias is a culinary educator with 20 years of experience teaching and developing hands-on cooking programs, passionate about turning everyday ingredients into wholesome, flavorful meals. She has been recognized as Southerner of the Year by Southern Magazine for excellence in culinary education and received the Abernathy Hull Award for her work connecting fresh produce to the kitchen. Kellie teaches approachable cooking techniques that make the kitchen fun, creative, and full of love, delighting in helping students connect fresh garden and farm ingredients to the plate and transform familiar dishes into nourishing, crave-worthy meals that warm the heart and tantalize the taste buds.
