Salad Savant: Master the Theory of Salad Composition

In this class, you will learn the balance needed to create your own vibrant vinaigrette! You will also learn the basic components needed for tossed salads. You will be able to sample and choose from a variety of ingredients to produce your salad with guidance from the instructor. Confident in your new-found skills, you'll walk out of class with 8.0 oz. of your own vinaigrette to impress your friends and family.

Chef Cesar Cano  is a culinary graduate, retired line cook, former high school teacher, reluctant writer, and current Director of Culinary Instruction at PX Project. He was a finalist on Gordon Ramsay’s cooking competition MasterChef in 2018.
