Fusion 360 CAM

Fusion 360’s included, intuitive and powerful CAM Package is meant for everyone from beginners using CNC milling or routing tools to experienced machinists alike! This workshop leads students through the Computer Aided Manufacturing interface of Fusion 360 by setting up a project’s stock and cutting tools while exploring a number of milling strategies to generate 2.5 dimensional and 3 dimensional toolpaths without ever leaving the Fusion 360 workspace. Additional topics related to Computer Numerical Control (CNC) manufacturing will be discussed including proper workholding and the selection of feeds and speeds.
