Garden to Glass: Making Herbal Mocktails & Simple Syrups
Escape the summer heat and join us for a hands-on workshop exploring refreshing herbal mocktails made with seasonal herbs, teas, fruits, and homemade simple syrups.
In this class, participants will learn simple techniques for crafting balanced botanical beverages, experiment with herbal flavors, and enjoy tasting several seasonal mocktails. We'll discuss the herbs featured in each recipe and explore creative ways to incorporate them into your everyday or summer gatherings.
Whether you're new to herbalism or simply looking for delicious alcohol-free drink options, this workshop offers a fun and approachable way to connect with plants through taste, creativity, and community.

About the Instructor: Corin is an herbalist and founder of Earthbound Rituals, creating handmade remedies rooted in traditional plant knowledge and seasonal living. They teach approachable, hands-on ways to work with herbs and build simple, nourishing rituals for everyday life.
