All About Agave Spirits

Get a quick 101 education over tequila and mezcal, infuse your own bottle (supplied), and learn how to make 2 cocktails with infused agave spirits. This is a great class for bringing a +1; Guests will work in pairs.

About the Instructors: Kris Sowell and Laurie Harvey have been creating cocktail magic for decades, both winning over judges and overseeing dozens of cocktail menus for bars all over Texas as professional hospitality consultants. Understanding the science and consumer needs behind cocktails allows Kris and Laurie to create beverages that are approachable, accessible, and balanced. Join us for a journey into agave spirits!
